Beginning October 1, 2024, Region IV Development Association, Inc. (RIVDA) is opening membership opportunities to municipalities across South-central Idaho.  For communities with a population of 1,000 to 2,499 people, the annual membership fee is $300.  For communities that have a population of 2,500 or more, the membership fee is $500.  For communities with populations less than 1,000 people, the County’s annual membership continues to be extended to you, free of charge.  To enroll your community as a RIVDA member, please complete the form below and hit submit. You can anticipate receiving an invoice for your annual membership fee in October 2024.
