Pro Tech Service is an independent service center in Twin Falls, Idaho providing exceptional support for all appliance installation and repair. Chris Cook worked as a tech for Pro Tech since 2001 and bought the business with his wife Jennifer in July of 2017. After purchasing Pro Tech, the Cook’s wanted to expand their business by adding the sale of new and used appliances as well as servicing them. They were able to locate a new building with a store front that would allow the storage of supplies, parts, employees, and a showroom for new and used appliances.
Region IV Development was able to provide financing through the USDA Rural Business Enterprise Grant (Micro Lending Revolving Loan Fund) to assist Pro Tech moving into its new building and provide working capital to expand their business.
