Request for Qualifications for Professional Environmental Consulting Services

Region IV Development Association, Inc. (RIVDA) is seeking written Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professionals to provide assistance with environmental assessment and cleanup activities including, but not limited to, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, remedial planning, community outreach, and other program activities for which grant funding was obtained. RIVDA was the recipient of a brownfield assessment grant award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for the purposes of revitalizing brownfield sites across South-central Idaho.

RIVDA is looking for a qualified consultant to help carryout funding requirements. More information about the services being sought and a copy of the Scope of Work can be obtained by contacting RIVDA as follows:

Proposals will be evaluated and ranked on the following criteria. The maximum point value of each criterion is shown in parentheses:

Capability to Perform Project (25 pts.)

Relevant Project Experience (25 pts.)

Qualifications of Project Team (20 pts.)

Project Approach and Schedule (15 pts.)

Competitive price and rates (10 pts.)

Ability to meet Insurance Requirements (5 pts.)
